General Information

Fulton County District Court 

These courts have subject matter jurisdiction over traffic violations,

misdemeanors offenses, civil, and small claims with the limit of $5,000.00. 

We work diligently to ensure that all matters are being handled

in a professional manner and within an appropriate amount of time after being filed with our office.  

Our office hours are:  

Monday - Friday  

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 

We are closed ALL federal Holidays 

Each court day our office closes from 12:30 PM until court is over which varies each date.
